RVOps will send parcels through the BFPO free of charge if the address is outside of the UK. Your order will also be VAT free, you must use the BFPO option at the checkout and fill the fields in as shown.
We deliver worldwide, and prices to all countries are easily available during your online shopping with us. Please check your local authority for any import fees that may apply to you, as you will be responsible for payment of any fees.
We aim to deliver to mainland UK destinations within 2-7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.) Please check product pages for any special delivery information relating to specific products. Please note that for delivery purposes the first full working day is the day after the order is received.
Deliveries are usually made via tracked services and will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure there is someone available to receive and sign for the parcel, or advise us of an alternate delivery address using the options available when completing your order at the checkout. Please use the BFPO option if you are sending to BFPO address, this will automatically update the delivery address with the MOD BF Postcode and will also work out the VAT exempt addresses.
Smaller, lightweight orders can be shipped using standard Royal Mail 1st class services.
Royal Mail will deliver between 09.00am and 18.00pm and cannot give a set time for delivery.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the timescales stated on our website we will not be held liable for any consequential losses caused by late delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are available to sign for delivery. If in the event your order is unable to be signed for your parcel will be returned and you will be liable for further shipping costs
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
To ensure the most efficient service possible to our customers we would strongly advise that you contact us to check on sizing of garments prior to ordering if you are unsure as sizing does vary between manufacturers. This will ensure a more efficient service for you.
At RVOps we realise the importance of making sure our customers purchase the right boot for their needs. We are unfortunately unable to Guarantee a Boot Fit for customers who purchase their boots by mail order and have not been measured up in store.
If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it, complete with packaging and all components) within 7 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money that you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. All goods for return should be notified to us in advance.
RVOps will not accept the costs for return shipping costs on orders placed incorrectly, such as:
Customers who place incorrect orders are liable for all aspects of shipping costs and will only be refunded the value of the goods NOT the subsequent carriage costs out, back to and from RVOps Ltd.
If you return an item to us which is faulty please contact us by or email at firstname.lastname@example.org, once informed we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage (not applicable to wrong sized footwear or clothing).We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), in the event of this being a larger item we will advise and arrange pick up from you by a courier service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs. All faulty goods returned to us, have to be sent back to the manufacturer to determine warranty cover, they will also determine whether or not they are able to replace the goods or whether goods will be refunded. Our manufacturers will not accept goods in dirty or soiled condition, so please ensure that these are cleaned first. There can be delays in this process and we will endeavour to keep you up-to-date with progress.
