I’m so happy with my Lowa Zephyr HI GTX boots that I had to write and tell you. These are an excellent pair of extremely well built, lightweight, “Go Fast” boots. They provide full support for my feet, yet are so light and comfortable it feels like I’m wearing a pair of trainers. Both the outer, and most importantly, the inner, dry rapidly when they get wet or when I and my feet get sweaty… and after 6 weeks of wearing them all day, every day, they still smell nearly new inside! This means that they are “breathing” very well - not over-heating - and keeping my feet fresh. I like their design and stylish appearance too. If I wear a pair of Jeans they look like trainers, but they provide all the protection and ankle support I need for both my recreations and my work. So far I have driven thousands of miles wearing these boots (without needing to remove them) and experienced Summer in England, France, Spain, Holland and Norway, all with differing environments of heat, humidity, storms and standing water. The Goretex lining has always kept my feet dry and comfortable. After long days wearing the boots (up to 17 hours at a time) my feet still feel much more comfortable than in any other boots that I have owned in the past 20+ years… and they’ve all been made by other well-known manufacturers. Now I use my Lowa Zephyr HI GTX “Go To” boots for anywhere I have to go that isn’t too cold or covered in snow. I’m very happy with them, and I heartily recommend them to others.
