If you have had a change of mind you must return the items to rvops unused and in its original condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Each returned product must include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging, etc. Return P&P costs are paid for buy the customer and if you want to exchange it you will have to pay the postage to send the exchanged product back to you.
Please note we do not accept returns on situations as marked out below.
1. You don’t have a proof of purchase.
2. You have physically damaged the goods due to misuse (for example if you have broke it by hitting ,dropping it ect or have over tightened something)
3. The product is incomplete or has parts missing
4. You're product is broken as a result of normal wear and tear.
5. You are outside your warranty.
Faults within 30 days:
An exchange, repair or refund will be issued providing the item is returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase provided you comply with the above.
Faults after 30 days but within 6 months:
No refund can be issued but a repair will be carried out on the product. if the product is unrepairable we will then provide a replacement product provided you comply with the above.
Faults after 6 months:
Under the Sale of Goods Act you will have to prove that the fault was present when you bought the item and not, for example, something which was the result of normal wear and tear.
if you can provide us with proof of this no refund can be issued but a repair will be carried out on the product. if the product is unrepairable we will then provide a replacement product provided you comply with the above.

We sugguest returns should be sent with www.myhermes.co.uk for products over 610mm long this service Is fully tracked and they collect from your door. for smaller stuff please use royal mail 1st or 2nd class (please dont use expensive services like special delivery)
