Lowa Combat Boots - GTX

What can I say that already hasn't been said. I bought these boots on recommendation from friends. I had bought myself some Salomon Mids a few months ago for my general walking interests. Wished I had gone for these and bought two pairs to cycle through when things got busy, but we live and learn. I agree with the 'stiff out of the box' statement but have noticed laces getting longer as the days pass, they actually feel very good straight out of the box, and would almost say they're slipper like in a week!

I can't actually fault them to be honest, very pleased with my purchase. And cannot recommend RVops highly enough on all the dealings I have had with them to date. Great customer service and information. Do I win a boot cleaning kit and laces? :)

Seriously, very good service and very good boots, if your looking for a replacement for issued assault boots, or just looking for new boots, then I would definitely recommend these, or the Mountain, as these seem to be the same boot just a little shorter.
