A worthwhile product to be mentioned to any looking at buying a sleep matt. This product not just allows the user to stay comfy all night and get a good night sleep but he doesn't feel the weight of it the next morning having to lug it around. The lightness is great for general use and best for weekend hikers wanting to camp out!

I'm unsure of the exact dimensions but its well less than half an average roll up roll matt!!!! The size allows those who are tight for room to use rucksack litres to their best!

This multi matt also is great for those frosty nights out in the rough. You may tend to buy these Gucci tents which are very light but seem to have a thin bottom. The self inflating perk allows the air to block the cold from the ground and will keep you insulated all year round as I found out in December and January.

The perks of self inflation (only to an extent of one or two breaths not filled) is that if your setting up camp you can whip it out of its bag and throw it in your tent and get on with other things. It unravels it self with ease and when nothing is in its path it will pop open and blow up in less than a minute!

This worthwhile multi matt is compact, comfy and efficient in all weathers, I would recommend to all for all cases and extremes!
