Product Description

The Expedition 15 is a a classic sighting compass with a magnifying mirror and housing.

The mirror also has a sighting hole on the lower edge and rubber feet on the baseplate for stability if used on a surface.

The scales are in milimeters and inches and are accompanied by romer scales of 1:50,000 and 1:25,000 for all Ordnance Survey maps.

Excellent piece of kit. Doubles as both the standard Silva, and with the mirror acts like a prismatic. There is a sighting line at the 180 degrees mark as well, I found myself using this and the mirror more and more as I went on.
