The latest generation of our patented Combat Light, the Z2 is standard issue for the FBI, U.S. Air Marshals, and thousands of police departments worldwide. CNC machined from aerospace-grade aluminum and anodized against corrosion and wear, the Z2 is powered by two lithium batteries (10-year shelf life), and a patented rubber grip ring allows the light to be operated with a handgun using the Rogers/SureFire technique. And, although less than five inches long, the Z2 produces enough light to momentarily blind a resistant or hostile subject whose eyes are dark adapted. The Z2 also features unique switching originally developed for law enforcement: twist for constant on, or depress the tailcap button for momentary illumination or emergency signaling.
