This Silva compass is a firm favourite throughout the Armed Forces. It features both Mils and Degrees and is illuminated by Tritium

NOTE: As a rule you should be issued with a compass, however, usually the compass being issued has to be given back after an exercise. This is a precision piece of equipment so at least if its your own you will know how its been treated!!
